“My hardwork earned me UENR Schorlarship…” – NAJA

In an exclusive interview with Fakye TV, the gifted singer opened up about the real reason she landed a scholarship, admission, and a brand ambassadorship at the University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR). According to her, it wasn’t just her raw talent that caught the university’s eye—it was the relentless effort she invested in developing it.

“They didn’t just pick me because I can sing. They saw how hard I’ve worked on my craft over the years,” she stated passionately.

“Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard,” she added, advising aspiring artists to kill the laziness and invest in their dreams.

She also took a moment to express heartfelt gratitude to UENR, especially the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Elvis Asare Bediako, for what she described as a “unique and special opportunity.”

Being named brand ambassador of the university is no small feat, and NAJA knows it’s a reward not just for who she is but for how hard she’s worked to become her best self.

One thing’s clear: NAJA didn’t just sing her way into UENR, she worked her way in.
