Rising star Abbi Ima has revealed her motivations for joining the 2024 TV3 Mentor music reality show, Mentor XIII. In an exclusive interview on TV3 Reality Catch Up, Abbi Ima shared her aspirations and goals for participating in the competition.
According to Abbi Ima, her primary reasons for joining Mentor XIII were to gain wider exposure and to learn from the experience. “I have a particular space that I’m known, and I want to extend my territory as an artiste,” she explained. “I also want to learn and improve my craft.”
Abbi Ima, who hails from Kintampo in the Bono East Region, also emphasized her desire to represent not only her hometown but also the broader regions of Bono, Bono East, Ahafo, Upper West, and Tamale. “I’m in the Mentor House to put these regions on the map,” she stated.
